2_Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced time. If you are more than 30 minutes late for any treatment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

3_ Please advise the spa attendant of any health contra-indications or specific requests prior to your treatment to ensure a safe and relaxing experience.

4_ Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the spa.

5_ Robes, slippers, disposable underwear, towels, showers and necessary attire for your treatment are provided.

6_ You may prefer to remove hearing aids, eyeglasses or contact lenses for greater comfort during your treatment.

7_ To maintain a relaxing and quiet environment, mobile phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off or silenced in the treatment room.

8_We accept cash (VND and USD) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and JCB). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
